This 102 Oceanfast Motor Yacht built by Oceanfast in Australia, and designed by the Iconic Jon Bannenberg with naval architecture by Phil Curran, High Line is in Like New condition with recent refit in 2018 including new paint, new Marine Air chillers, electronics, interior soft goods as well as her MTU's, KaMeWa jets and bow thruster fully serviced.

High Line has three luxurious staterooms including amazing main deck master with king berth and beautiful en-suite head which includes a very unique Tread Mill built conveniently into the floor and hidden away when not in use!

High Line's fabulous layout includes more than a dozen spaces for guests to gather in comfort, from the beautiful and large main salon with TV viewing area with custom leather seating, bar and dining room, to the flybridge and boat deck with multiple seating areas, grill, and a hidden away 6 person hot tub with 360 degree ocean views, and to the foredeck lounge areas as well as the spacious aft deck aft of salon.

High Line has a three en-suite stateroom layout with Owners cabin on main deck which is beautifully laid out with king size berth, built in night stands, vanity, flat screen TV and of course large windows that allow in lots of light. The guest staterooms are below via a set up stairs and include matching twin berths and en-suite heads with showers. All cabins are very tastefully decorated with all new soft goods and carpet. The master head has an ingenious tread mill built in to the floor that is hidden away when not in use.

The huge main salon includes a very comfortable lounge area for watching the large Flat screen TV mounted flush on the bulkhead with Direct TV and Sonos surround sound. There is a dining salon forward with seating for 6 and across to starboard a cozy game table with seating for 2. The fabulous bar is aft just forward of the dual glass sliding doors that access the aft deck. Moving forward there is a convenient day head and access to to the master stateroom via a corridor with teak and holly flooring. Up a few steps is the raised pilot house with command station, bench seating for guests, and access to the bridge.

The large full beam galley is below via a staircase and is equipped with all stainless appliances and washer/dryer. Forward of the galley is the crew quarters with twin double bunk cabins each with head and shower. And there is also a crew lounge area forward.

Up to bridge and boat deck via a set of stairs from aft deck, or via the pilot house. Beautiful covered command station on the bridge with lots of seating for captain and guests with unobstructed views forward and aft. Further aft on the boat deck is a wet bar, grill, and lots of seating including a hidden 6 person hot tub on the starboard side. Just remove the cushions above and enjoy a dip with beautiful ocean views!

Moving forward to the bow via port & starboard wing doors, there is another comfortable seating area as well as a huge sun pad on top of the cabin roof forward of the bridge.

The large aft deck is laid in teak and allows access to the tender garage via a large hatch in the deck, or via the hydraulic transom door from the swim platform. The garage is equipped with a Novurania hard bottom inflatable as well as storage for cleaning supplies as well as fenders and dock lines.

High Line has had multiple refits over the past few years with most recent being in 2018 with new paint and interior soft goods and carpeting.
