• 20kw Onan GENERATOR with Cummins Diesels Engine . Low Hours. Capable to run the entire vessels electric including all 5 Air Conditioners at the same time

• Coast Guard approved Sewage treatment system.
• Holding tank is not used when using this system
• Water Maker Has not been used in a couple of years so need servicing

• (2 ) Two Fuel tanks around 600 gallons each with transfer Pumps

• Replaced both dripless seals (prop shafts) and all associated components. Included all fasteners with the engine couplers
• Replaced sea water impellers on generators
• Rebuilt exhaust on Onan generator set
• Rebuilt injectors on Onan gen
• All thru hulls were removed ,dissembled ,cleaned ,honed and reinstalled
• Replaced exhaust hoses that needed updating
• Replaced all starting batteries for main engines
• Replaced all interconnect battery cables and terminals.
• Updated refrigerator /freezer in Galley .( Needs some installation cosmetic
• Replaced marine radio
• New winch for dingy Davit
• All Engines (4) Oils and filter changes 2024
• Battery Chargers/Maintainers ,both 32 Volt and 12 volt were replaced in 2023
• 12v water pump and water pressure tank replaced in 2022

First Lady is currently in St Mary's Ga out of the water. Because of circumstance the Owner wants to sell .The Vessel seems in good mechanical Shape but in need of cosmetic work inside and some Paint outside

Two areas , One in the Mater Bedroom needs repairing from a leak that was found and repaired from above. Carpenter work . Some upholstery needs updating , Galley Table cushions and some rear cockpit cushions

We do have estimates to repair these items. It can be done were it sits
