Accommodations and Layout There is a large dining table to starboard, day head aft with the entertainment center opposite to port. Forward of this is a large sofa and forward is a breakfast bar that is open to the galley. All of the interior is finished in Syncamore and in the galley a nice feature is the blue tint added to the finish of the cabinets. Features include Kitchen-Aid 4 burner electric stove with oven; Kitchen-Aid refrigerator with freezer + white Westinghouse freezer; U-line combi + Scotsman icemakers; Kitchen-Aid disposal unit; Maytag stack washer & dryer; Kitchen dishwasher; Kitchen-Aid convection oven & microwave oven. The interior sleeping accomodations include a forward VIP cabin with a centerline king-sized berth. Storage is good and a unique feature here is the head. This is down four steps and is beautifully finished with Sycamore and marble plus brass fittings. The master stateroom is aft and down from the starboard lower landing and it too comes with a centerline king sized bed, good storage plus his and hers aft with a jet tub between these two heads and accessed from either. Forward of this cabin to port is a crews or guest cabin. This cabin comes with two single berths, one outboard and a hinged berth installed athwartships on the aft bulkhead of this cabin. Forward of this cabin is another guest cabin which is a good size and comes with a queen-sized berth and the head compartment is aft to starboard. Aft of the crews/guest cabin is a utility room which is also referred to as the pump room. The water heaters, central vacuum system, air conditioning systems and switchboards are installed in this area. The pilothouse is very well laid out with good visibility and comes with all engine controls, gauges and electronics all easy to hand. Again during the major refit this area was totally stripped and all equipment including the consoles were renewed. Up four steps from the pilothouse is the Captains cabin to port which comes with a double bed, a desk and various book shelves and lockers. The head is opposite across the passageway to starboard. Forward of the head door is a locker in which the second freezer is installed in. One can pass through the passageway and leads out onto the upper deck.

Engine Room The engine room is accessed from the aft cockpit area through a large water tight door. This leads down through the crews cabin which has two single berths and a head outboard to starboard. The engine room was also completely stripped and then all new equipment was installed, this included engines, tranmissions and both generators. New sea chests and all plumbing was renewed. All electrical wiring and equipment was also renewed. All equipment in engine in survey in 2001 was found in excellent condition. Deck On the aft deck there is a large built-in seat with a bar forward. Stairs from this deck lead up the port side to the upper deck which is very extensive with massive seating aft and a hot tub on the centerline. Another bar is built in forward. The port side steps continue up the flybridge which has forward seating and a large helm console. Aft and up from the flybridge is an "island" helm again with another set of engine controls and a full electronics package. The bow of the vessel was also re-designed to give better lines to the overall vessel but also to incorporate the new anchor windlass's, hawse pipes and storage areas.
