The full enclosure for the aft deck is newish (3-4 years) and is in great shape. Have 3 screens to swap out the glass with.

Navigation Lights working

Added full enclosure (stamoid cover and strataglass with 3 screens that can be swapped out, VHF radio installed and working

Raymarine raydata digital depth, has all those functions and works

All batteries have been replaced.

Other: Interior carpet removed and replaced with vinyl flooring that matches dinette floor parquet pattern.. Last sanded/painted bottom in 2024, did light touch up painting in 2025 and 2026. Back bench seat was reupholstered in 2022. Teak has been kept up fairly well.
