This 2005 Luhrs 33 Convertible is an enhanced sportfishing boat with exceptional features. "You Two" was a former U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary vessel in Miami, which ensures it was held to a higher strict standard of maintenance during that period than a traditional boat owner. The current owner upheld the maintenance of this boat as indicated by repairs and service records. With twin 370hp Yanmar engines instead of the 315hp engines version of this model, this vessel has significantly more power. The Luhrs 33 Convertible was designed for both bluewater saltwater fishing, and overnight cruising. The Luhrs 33 convertible is known for a stable ride due to its wide 13.1' beam. The 2005 Luhrs 33 Convertible is a Great Loop Capable vessel, with its 40" draft, 16' bridge clearance, and large tank capacities. It comes with many notable performance, sportfishing, cosmetic, and safety upgrades. It is currently in a transferable slip on a floating dock . Coast Guard Auxiliary boats, are specially equipped, privately owned vessels that pass rigorous annual inspections to assist in safety patrols, search and rescue. There is specialized equipment designed for it's USCG past still onboard and functional, including (2) Standard Horizon Ram 4 VHF radio/hailer, loud foghorn, and PA speakers. 33' Luhrs Walk-Through
As you board You Two via the swim deck transom gate, you step onto the spacious cockpit designed for sportfishing. Cockpit has ample room for entertaining and fishing, complete with livewell, bait prep center, and fish box. Sidewalks lead to the foredeck and bow, and molded "bridgewalk" stairs lead comfortably up to the cockpit. The Salon is accessible through a sliding glass door from the cockpit. As you enter the Salon, Galley is to Port and Control Panel is Starboard. As you walk though Salon with settee to port, and large settee to starboard, you then descend 4 steps down to stateroom and split head. Shower is to port and head/sink/vanity is to starboard. Stateroom is forward. Engine room is accessible via hatch in the salon sole, and a secondary hatch in the cockpit.
33' Luhrs Salon
The Salon has carpeted sole with engine room access under sole. The Salon open floor plan includes a 2 seat settee, drop-leaf wood table, and second settee that can easily sit 3 people. Salon ceiling features upgraded LED lighting w/ dimmer remote control, and an overhead rod locker for fishing rods. The electrical panel is to starboard, with 2nd Standard Horizon Ram 4 VHF Radio/Hailer that can communicate with bridge radio. Owner upgrades also include settees reupholstered in 2020, new salon windows & venetian blinds installed in 2021. The overhead clearance is 6'4 in Salon.
33' Luhrs Galley
The Galley is to port in the Salon and is fully equipped with a EuroKera Princess 2 burner cooktop, GE microwave (.7 cu/ft 700watt), double basin sink with Culligan water filter on faucet, Nova Kool refrigerator/freezer, cabinet storage, and Black & Decker Coffee maker. New Nova Kool R3800 3.5 cu ft refrigerator/freezer installed in 2022.
33' Luhrs Stateroom
The Stateroom is forward down 4 steps from the Salon, designed for both comfort and maximum space utilization, thanks to its wide 13'1" beam. It features double berth, cedar closets, drawers under berth, LG flatscreen smart tv, and new hatch overhead with roller shade blind. Air Conditioner is a on a remote control (as well as wall mounted), so you can control the temp without leaving the berth.
33' Luhrs Head
The split head is next to stateroom with vanity/sink/head to starboard, and shower/sink with bench seat to port. Current owner installed Bio-Bidet and new vacuum head in 2021, as well as a new shower faucet/head. As both sides of the split head have a sink/vanity, it enables 2 people to use them concurrently.
33' Luhrs Deck and Hull
Bottom was sanded and painted with Black Pettit Trinidad 75 antifouling, with Interlux 2000 epoxy applied to running gear in 2024. Current owner had the bottom painted every 2 years, and has a diver come monthly to clean. Foredeck Bow has new hatch installed for the stateroom, with roller blinds. Sidewalks, foredeck and cockpit are fiberglass.
33' Luhrs Cockpit
The spacious cockpit has many features that make the Luhrs 33 Convertible truly a sportfishing favorite:
- Livewell, fishbox, bait prep center
- Equipped with new Tigress outrigger mounts and new (unused) telescopic outriggers
- Inflatable tender is on removable davits enabling the transom area and swim deck to be easily freed up for fishing
- 2 folding chairs are included, and cockpit could easily accommodate loungers

33' Luhrs Flybridge
Flybridge is accessed by the molded "bridgewalk" stairs which are considered much safer for traversing than the traditional ladder style steps. Enclosed with new Eisenglass and canvas bridge top cover. There are 2 captain's chairs and also a cushioned bench seat forward of the Helm. Flybridge features JL Audio PA System and a searchlight. Radio at helm can also communicate with a secondary radio in the salon. There is a wifi extender and cell phone service amplifier on roof of bridge top cover.
