Built in France and purchased new in the U.S. in 2023, this Nautitech 44 Open has been lightly used and carefully maintained by a family of four cruising the U.S. and Caribbean. Never chartered, professionally maintained, and stored hauled-out for much of its life, the boat is in excellent overall condition.
This is the Sport version, delivering significantly better sailing performance than typical production catamarans while still offering outstanding comfort and livability.
